Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Lead to oversee regulatory compliance and product registrations in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication with regulatory authorities, manage submissions, and drive timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all Regulatory Affairs activities in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
• Coordinate product registration processes with local agents and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with the SFDA and other regional authorities to monitor and expedite SKU registrations.
• Address regulatory queries and ensure approvals are obtained within deadlines.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation in compliance with local requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with SFDA within pharma/nutraceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of SFDA/GCC/MENA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory submission software.
• Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
