Job Vacancy | Production Line Operator

California Greens Corporation Factory (CGC-F) is seeking to hire a qualified Production Line Operator to join its Production Department.

Key Responsibilities

Operate blistering machines, tablet-counting machines, and bottle-filling equipment.
Ensure the production line is ready and all required materials are available before operation.
Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
Conduct in-process quality checks in coordination with the Quality Assurance team, including seal integrity, print clarity, and proper blister-pocket formation.
Clean and maintain production machines in accordance with approved procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational faults.
Complete and maintain production and packaging records in compliance with GMP, GxP, and internal procedures.

Technical diploma or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of two years of experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure.
